::Celso Fragoso:: Celso is a business associate at icircle. He has ten years of executive experience and more than twenty years experience as a consultant working in themes such as outsourcing, restructuring, negotiations and operating efficiency in sectors such steel, energy, pulp& paper, food & beverage, automotive, financial services, transportation, telecom and healthcare. He was Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Deloitte Consulting, Senior Advisor at Roland Berger, ExeConsult, senior consultant at A T Kearney, Cap Gemini (Cesat) and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Before, he was sales&marketing assistant at Perdigão and Marketing Manager at International Paper. He is member of the board at IBGT – Brazilian Institute of Management and Turnaround. Celso Fragoso received his economy & business administration degree at Faculdade de Economia São Luis, in Brazil, and management specialization at Princeton University, Fundação Getulio Vargas-RJ and University of Central Florida, EUA.
