::François Moyen:: François is a senior counselor at icircle. He has over 45 years experience in the mining and steel sectors in Brazil and South America. He was CEO and Finance Director of Samitri, the second largest iron ore company in Brazil, sold to VALE in May 2000. He led the SAMARCO start-up, the most successful seaborne exporter of iron-ore pellets, based in Brazil. Mr. Moyen was CEO of Belgo-Mineira, the largest non-flat steel producer in Latin America, from 1991 to 1998, lately becoming part of the ARCELOR Group, and most recently, MITTAL ARCELOR. He was also Vice-President of the Brazilian Steel Confederation. He was Chairman of the Board of Belgo Mineira from 1998 to 2005. François is general counsel of G.D. of Luxembourg in Brazil. He received his degree in economics from the University of Grenoble, France.
