::Peter Harazim:: is a business associate at icircle. Since 1982, Peter is partner and founder of Hicon Consultoria, a human capital consulting firm in Brazil. He has extensive experience in management/organization and human resources. He was Vice-President at Heublein, Administrative Director at Ericsson and Human Resources Manager at Polidura. Peter is a member of IBGC – the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance. At IBGC he ran the first development program for board members. He is recognized as a leading authority in human behavior, team building and leadership. Peter received his BA degree at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, and completed several specialization courses in human resources and organizational analysis in Europe and USA.
