::Sérgio Menezes:: Sérgio is a business associate at icircle. He is partner and founder of 4Excellence Consulting. Sérgio has over15 years experience in development of strategy, post merger integration, business valuation and organization redesign. Before founding 4Excellence, he was director of operational excellence at Cia. Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD), the leading brazilian diversified mining company. Before CVRD, as a consultant, he was Principal at Booz | Allen | Hamilton Technology, responsible for the Public Sector and Infra-Structure in South America, and also Principal at Booz | Allen | Hamilton Commercial, at the Operations Management Practice. He is member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), which provides educational, career development, and networking opportunities to its members. Sérgio has a degree in civil engineering from University Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), in Brazil, graduated with Gold Medal Awards, and an MsC. in Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, USA.
